CAMPING THE KIWI WAY

First time out with my new tent, a retirement present to myself. So far I’ve had gale force winds and 30mm rain in the last 24 hours, no problems whatsoever. The stream is still in spate so I think tramping is off the cards; I’ll sit in the sun with a good book.

September. Temple Stream, Hopkins Valley, near Lake Ōhau.

The tent is the Zempire Pro TL v2 (with the optional ‘pram cover’ for the front). ◊
